摘要：A Lei federal n° 11.274/06 torna realidade a meta estabelecida no plano nacional de educação de ampliar para nove anos o Ensino Fundamental, com a matrícula de crianças aos seis anos de idade. A ampliação dessa etapa da educação básica tem se constituído historicamente como uma das tentativas de melhoria da qualidade de ensino. No entanto, essa reforma educacional precisa ser analisada e compreendida quando de sua efetivação pelas escolas, considerando todas as suas implicações, entre elas, mudanças no projeto político pedagógico (PPP), de modo que este documento assegure o compromisso com o pleno desenvolvimento das crianças em seus aspectos cognitivo, motor, social e intelectual. Diante deste cenário, este estudo tem o escopo de oferecer subsídios por intermédio da literatura e das normatizações legais nacionais sobre a relevância da reelaboração do PPP no processo de implementação do Ensino Fundamental de nove anos. Trata-se de um estudo de caráter qualitativo sendo sustentado pela pesquisa bibliográfica. Por se tratar de um processo recente, ainda dispomos de poucos estudos e pesquisas sobre essa temática. Entretanto, espera-se que, a partir desse trabalho ocorra entre os que a ele tiverem acesso, uma maior compreensão de que o PPP pode redimensionar esta nova etapa da educação básica no cotidiano escolar.
其他摘要：The Federal Law No. 11274/06 reality becomes the target set by the national education plan for nine years to expand primary education, with the enrollment of children at six years old. The expansion of this stage of basic education has been constituted historically as one of the attempts to improve the quality of education. However, that educational reform needs to be analyzed and understood when the changes become effective for schools, considering all its implications, among them changes in pedagogical and political project (PPP) so that this document will ensure commitment to the full development of children in their cognitive, motor, social and intellectual. Given this scenario, the scope of this study is to provide subsidies through the literature and the national legal norms on the importance of redesigning the PPP in the implementation of basic education of nine years. This is a qualitative study was supported by the literature search. Because it is a recent case, still there are few studies and research on this topic. However, it is expected that from this work takes place between those who did have access, a greater understanding that the PPP can resize this new stage of basic education in the classroom.
