摘要：Geralmente, quando há apresentações de trabalhos em congressos, seminários, dentre outros eventos, ou mesmo quando há o convite para membros externos à Universidade Federal de Lavras (UFLA) para bancas de conclusão de Mestrado, ouve-se a expressão “nunca poderia imaginar”! Isso em decorrência da atuação de discentes das Licenciaturas em Química que tiveram sua formação na referida universidade. Este artigo, assim, apresenta e problematiza as múltiplas possibilidades para a inserção das temáticas de gênero e de sexualidades na formação discente em quaisquer licenciaturas. O artigo especialmente apresenta e discute uma experiência em uma turma de Licenciatura em Letras da UFLA a partir da disciplina Escola e Currículo: Política e Planejamento Educacional visto que as autoras deste texto atuam no Departamento de Educação da UFLA e são responsáveis por algumas disciplinas. Intencionalmente, a partir de textos estudados, que constam do programa das disciplinas, “transversalizaram-se”, aqui, as discussões de gênero e de sexualidade e registrou-se, então, por meio de depoimentos escritos, a fala de discentes sobre os temas em tela. Os resultados apontam que a discussão de gênero e sexualidade pode ser efetivada na formação inicial docente, no ensino, na pesquisa e na extensão.
其他摘要：Generally, when there are paper presentations at conferences, seminars, among other events, or even when there is an invitation for external members to Lavras Federal University for a Master’s degree defense panel, the expression “I could never imagine” is frequent. This is due to the action of Licentiate Undergraduate students in Chemistry who had their education at the same university. This article thus presents and discusses the multiple possibilities for the insertion of gender and sexuality themes in any licentiate course for students’ education. This article specifically presents and discusses an experience in a class of licentiates in Language and Literature at UFLA from the discipline School and Curriculum: Policy and Educational Planning as the authors of this paper work in the UFLA Department of Education and are responsible for some disciplines, cross-referring, here, the gender and sexuality discussions and registering through written statements the speech of students on the topics covered. The results indicate that the discussion of gender and sexuality can be effective in the initial teacher’s education, in teaching, in research and in extension.
