摘要：Discute-se neste texto a política educacional de inclusão das minorias étnicas consolidada a partir da década de 1990. Considerando-se a influência das organizações internacionais na formulação, divulgação e implantação dessa política, dá-se ênfase às ações emergenciais e focalizadas na necessidade de reconhecimento e valorização da diversidade no atual período histórico, quando se almeja a amenização da pobreza e a construção da tolerância para a resolução pacífica dos conflitos sociais. A finalidade do texto é evidenciar a necessidade de se ter cautela em relação ao caráter restritivo e hegemônico dessa política e de seus projetos.
其他摘要：The educational policy of inclusion of ethnic minorities is discussed. Inclusion was consolidated during the 1990s due to the influence of international organizations in its formulation, spreading and establishment. Focalized emergency activities that underscore the need of acknowledgement and valorization of diversity are pinpointed for current historical period and the attenuation of poverty and the construction of tolerant attitudes for the peaceful solution of social conflicts are aimed at. Current research evidences the need of cautiousness with regard to the restrictive and hegemonic character of this policy and its projects.
