摘要：The logistic system emerged through the implementation of a systemic concept in logistics. In a production company the system can be very complex and it often consists of individual subsystems such as procurement and production subsystems. The article discusses the management of a logistic subsystem of production in terms of cost effectiveness on an example of a selected enterprise.
