  • 摘要:The transmission systems of bicycles are multi-speed systems to satisfy different kinematic requirements. The transmission system of a bicycle can be the external changing-speed system or internal multi-speed system. A complete multi-speed transmission device of a bicycle must contain multi-speed gear unit, control device, and operating device. This paper focused on the systematic design and prototype manufacturing of multi-speed transmission device of a bicycle. Based on the results of kinematic design and meshing efficiency analysis, the systematic design of six-speed transmission device was carried out and prototype was manufactured to verify the design theorem.
