摘要:AbstractThe present research aims to compare and investigate job satisfaction among Bandar Abbas Islamic Azad University staff which consists of scientific committee, staff members and servant's employee.59 people were selected randomly among university staff as sampling and Questionnaire were used in order to collect the accurate data. There are also two subscales: 1) Organizational Atmosphere Satisfaction. 2) Organizational Salary Satisfaction. Psychometric analysis of this Questionnaire reveals high and acceptable validity and reliability. Descriptive and inferential (Independent T test, one way ANOVA and LSD) statistics were used which accordingly findings show that there is no meaningful relationship between sex(male and female), age variables and job experience between university staff in the field of job satisfaction. But there was significant differences among three groups were very obvious according to their degree and rate of education. In other words, those who are the member of scientific committee and also have high level of education and academic degrees were absolutely happy with the organizational satisfactions in comparison with the others employees .Servants employee have high salary satisfaction and also findings show that 41% believes that organizational atmosphere is extremely satisfying and 29% believes that organizational atmosphere is bearable and finally 30% are agreed that organizational atmosphere is very weak and unsatisfactory. Moreover, the findings related to salary satisfaction reveal that 51% of the staff has reasonable feeling about their salary and 15% are in a minor population of satisfied employees while 34% have a very weak salary satisfaction. So it is concluded that organizational atmosphere satisfaction is higher than salary satisfaction among all the employees.
