摘要：AbstractWe have developed an inter-agency referral and assessment process for children with behaviour problems. ADHD is diagnosed using the DSM IV criteria (DSM IV, 1994). During the period 1stJune 2001 to 1st May 2008 303 children and young people with ADHD were entered on to the database. We set out to compare two time lines: 1stMay 2007 and 1stMay 2008. On 1stMay 2007, 37.6% of patients were on LAMPH and 42.5% were on ATX. One year later 53.5% were on LAMPH and 17.5% were on ATX. Methylphenidate continues to be the drug of choice in the management of ADHD.
