  • 摘要:Mota MR, Fonseca JEC, Abdelmur SBM, Leite MM, Silva AO,Dantas RAE, Clael S. Physiological and Hemodynamic Effects ofBlood Flow Restriction Training on Quadriceps. JEPonline 2018;21(3):79-85. The purpose of this study was to verify the physiologicaland hemodynamic effects of blood flow restriction (BFR) on theacute squat exercise. Thirty healthy and physically active men wererandomly assigned to three different groups: (a) low-intensity withBFR (LI) (mean ± SD, age 27.20 ± 6.89 yrs, height 175 ± 0.77 cm,mass 82.43 ± 16.28 kg); (b) high-intensity without BFR (HI) (mean ±SD, age 24.50 ± 6.00 yrs, height 179 ± 0.70 cm, mass 78.68 ± 8.14kg); and (c) control (CON) (mean ± SD, age 21.20 ± 2.70 yrs, height178 ± 0.75 cm, mass 79.76 ± 10.52 kg). Double product, lactate, oxygen saturation, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic bloodpressure were determined at three moments: (a) pre-exercise; (b)immediately after exercise; and (c) 15 min after exercise. There wasa no significant difference between the groups, except for oxygensaturation. If for some reason a person cannot perform maximumexertion, the findings indicate that low-intensity can be used withBFR to get the same results as high-intensity exercise training.
