摘要:Spigolon D, Hartz CS, Junqueira CM, Pereira LA, Moreno MA, CalAbad CC. Psychometric and Neuromuscular Responses of EliteKarate Athletes during Training Camp for the Pan-AmericanChampionship 2016. JEPonline 2018;21(2):127-138. The purpose ofthis study was to analyze psychometric and neuromuscular responsesto a 5-day training camp that preceded the 2016 Pan-American SeniorKarate Championship (N=19) RESTQ-76 Sport Questionnaire, BrunelMood Scale (BRUMS), Total Quality Recovery Scale (TQR), EffortPerceptions (RPE), vertical jumps with countermovement (CMJ), andwithout [squat jump (SJ)]. RESTQ-76 Sport, for stress presented willalmost certainly decrease and for when compared the presentationmoment (R1) with the pre-competition moment (R2), very likelydecrease between the R1 moment compared to the moment just afterthe competition (R3), and will possibly increase between R2 vs. R3.For recovery, there was will very likely increase between R1 vs. R2 andR1 vs. R3. BRUMS showed possible decrease of fatigue and RPElikely to decrease between S1 compared with S3 and S2 comparedwith S3 .TQR presented likely decrease of S2 vs. S3. SJ show a likelyincrease and CMJ possible increase in the difference between the preand posttest in the S1 vs. S3. Training loads imposed were adequate,so there was no fatigue accumulation and physical performancedecreased during this preparation period.
