摘要：AbstractIn this paper we propose an integrated system, hardware and software, for control and monitoring of a distributed system which includes the water supply subsystem, sewerage system, water treatment system, public buildings management system, night time illumination system. Also, to this distributed system, a video surveillance subsystem can be added. This entire concept is thought for small settlements comprised from few villages.
