摘要:AbstractTwo-stage-riser fluidized catalytic pyrolysis for maximizing propylene yield (TMP) process focuses on propylene production meanwhile without significant losses on gasoline/diesel yields. The complex nonlinear behaviour of this process calls for advanced control system to tackle various disturbances to achieve optimal operation. This paper is devoted to presenting an economics-oriented NMPC scheme that could maximize propylene production while satisfying process operation constraints. In the proposed scheme, those variables, which are difficult to be measured online, including product yields as well as uncertain model parameters are estimated by an unscented transformation based Kalman filter. Potential economic benefits and robustness associated with the proposed controller scheme are illustrated through simulations.
