摘要:AbstractUsing an experiment, two forms of query creation (SQL and QBE) have been compared from three points of view: the time period necessary for forming queries, their correctness, and their authors’ comfort during the formation process. The results were analyzed using advanced statistical methods. Some of them confirm popular expectations, while others indicate that the relationship between the approaches is more complex than expected. In the conclusion, the authors indicate how their experimental results can be exploited for the users’ training improvement.
