摘要:AbstractIn achieving national aspiration as boldly documented in the Malaysian VISION 2020, strategic planning in human capital development is undoubtedly essential. VISION 2020 envisages Malaysians as not merely to be innovative and forward looking but also capable of becoming a contributor to scientific and technological advancement. This paper will present findings from a two round Delphi Study, which specifically seek experts’ consensus on what should be the domains of science teaching and learning objectives that are suitable for the 21st century Malaysians. Data garnered was descriptively analyzed and subsequent findings then yielded framework of 21st century Malaysian science curriculum. Each domain is hypothetically defined and suggestions will also be made on how to integrate the new 21st century science learning domains into the existing Malaysian science curriculum.
