  • 摘要:AbstractThe purpose of this research is to define the organizational cynicisim by research assistants, and to make statistical comparisons based on selected demographic variables. The study is conducted on 214 participants in Akdeniz University. Data are collected with a five-point Likert-type scale developed by Brandes, Dhartwadkar and Dean (1999) within three subscales called “cognitive”, “affective”, and “behavioral”. Findings show that organizational cynicisim in each subscale is perceived in different levels, the highest in “cognitive” sub-scale while the lowest in “affective” one. Organizational cynicisim are found statistically different in variables marital status, length of service, satisfaction of being a research assistant, and intending to leave employing organization.
