摘要：AbstractThe partial results of the research which is performed in the scope of Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Education, University of Ljubljana will be presented. For the sustainable success of innovation and modernisation respectively, the team work of teachers and other workers at school is important, besides, it is important to introduce the ways of work which motivate the whole school collective not only the individuals. The permeation of school activities with the functioning of local communities and the cooperation and meetings of all generations showed as especially important. A lot can be improved with such programmes of training which will enhance the professional devotion of teachers.
