摘要:AbstractThe purpose of this study is to present how supervisors in primary education are perceived by themselves, by principals and teachers and if the perceptions differentiate between source groups. In this study, qualitative research method was used to collect, analyze and interpret data, and technically, metaphor analysis was used. The findings indicated that primary education supervisors perceive themselves that they contribute to education. However, the perception of principals and teachers is just the opposite. Negative perceptions about primary education supervisors indicate that they cannot make the contribution that is expected from them.
