摘要:AbstractThis study examines the students’ satisfaction in higher education in Pakistan. The study focuses on the factors like teachers’ expertise, courses offered, learning environment and classroom facilities. Students’ response measured through an adapted questionnaire on a 5-point likert scale. The sample size of the study consisted of 350 students belong to different private and public sector universities. The results of regression analysis reveal that all attributes have significant and positive impact on students’ satisfaction in higher education though with varying degree of strength. However, teachers’ expertise is the most influential factor among all the variables, therefore it requires special attention of the policymakers and institutes.
