  • 摘要:AbstractThe experience, knowledge and skills that teachers develop will help them to be innovative, creative and make wise decisions. The researcher developed explanations for complex adult learning phenomena from the perspective of a qualitative case study method. Overall, teachers practice various types of learning due to the learning climate and learning attributes. Learning process has always been a medium that needs to be explored, adopt and adapted according to the time line. Yet, there are mainly two factors that discourage learning among teachers. Ideas of being oneself are important and becoming the universal value is an asset.
