摘要:AbstractThis paper aims to examine the views of lecturers in a higher education institution on their readiness to teach and to include students with special needs in their lecture rooms. A survey with mixed methodological research design was used. Data were obtained from 40 randomly selected respondents through a set of questionnaire and was analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings show that lecturers are receptive on the diverse nature of their students and are also receptive to include students with special needs. This study has implication on increasing awareness on inclusion and understanding diverse groups of learners in an institution.
