摘要:These days, the right to education is under a double threat: that from tens of millions of children out of school, and from hundreds of millions of illiterate adults; and that from market-oriented educational reforms. That is why it is so pertinent to recall the very meaning and scope of the right to education. The paper will explain why this is not a case of whatever right to whatever education.
