摘要:The teaching career remains a difficult issue in the context of the professional mobility in a diverse Europe with an open labour market. Within the dynamics of nowadays society we have to ask ourselves if Romanian teachers and educators are ready for the growing mobility. In order to discuss these aspects we refer to two of our researches: one was carried out in a COPE project while the other is a revised longitudinal research (2009) that was done ten years ago for the first time. As a result we propose a model to re-dimension the competences for the European educator.
