摘要:Our research tries to identify the perceptions regarding the counseling needs of the gifted children from the point of view of the teachers and of the parents. The main objective is to find out which are the core counseling needs of the gifted and also the opinions’ differences between the two groups (teachers and parents) and within group in terms of other indicators. Another objective is to identify how the work experience with gifted influences the perception of the counseling needs for gifted children. The method is a survey for the identification the teachers’ and parents’ perception upon the specific counseling needs of the gifted. The results enable us to make some proposals in order to raise the impact of differentiated assistance through counseling for gifted and talented.
