标题:Relationship between organizational characteristics and implementation of internal evaluation in universities educational departments, case: University of Tehran
摘要:The aim of this research was to study the relationship between organizational characteristics and implementation of internal assessment in academic departments. This research tries to promote the success level of this process, control the influential factors and eventually increase quality in academic departments. Required data were collected from all academic departments in Tehran University using descriptive-analytic method and, using x2 experiment and qualitative analysis, the positive relationship between the two variables as well as the departmental problems that affect the internal evaluation were identified.
