摘要:In this work we analyze some of One Laptop per Child (OLPC) plans and identify the areas that have greater importance in different parts of the world, their contexts, needs and difficulties implementing them to make a general framework. In the same way, we focus the analysis on the project Eskola 2.0 developed in the Basque Country since 2009. The conclusions of the analysis of the policies will make it possible to know the line of action for the following years of implementing the program.
