摘要:The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of two training sessions on physical fitness factors in the university students. 195 healthy female performed aerobic activities at aerobic threshold and strength trainings of shoulder’ abdominal and leg muscles for a total 2hours per week for 16 weeks. The results showed that physical fitness factors were developed after 16-weeks of training. In conclusion, above mentioned activities increased fitness level of female students. It maybe suggested that participation in short term training improve physical fitness in this group.
