摘要:AbstractIn this paper we tried to investigate and compare the representations held by students of psychology and psychologists in the human resources recruiter, compared to the characteristics and skills that he should have to effectively manage an assessment process. From the results obtained by administering the Adjective Check List and a questionnaire specially constructed on the basis of the “Dictionary Skills” by Spencer and Spencer, the figure of the recruiter is characterized by the possession of high professional, interpersonal and communication skills, and awareness of the characteristics of the organizational reality for which he works. The repertoire of skills appears to be significantly defined and there are important similarities between the representations of the two groups, confirming that psychology students have a professional self already structured consistent with the psychological profession.
