摘要:The aim of psycholinguistic language assessment is to specify the different language subsystems affected in language disorders. Results from psycholinguistic research are integrated into tasks for assessment purposes. Patients* performance on tasks with controlled variables thus allows for establishing dissociations and associations, and provides data for item, subject, and error analyses. In the indexed literature, there are no psycholinguistic tests of language in Brazilian Portuguese that are psycholinguistically and psychometrically sound. This study aimed at developing and testing for internal consistency tasks for the assessment of language disorders based on the psycholinguistic approach presented in Caplan (1994), except where indicated.
