摘要:AbstractThis article describes the aims to identify the degree of alignment between the technology, leadership practices on the one hand and the generic business strategies suggested by Porter (1996): differentiation, low cost, focus on differentiation and focus on low cost on the other and to obtain some insights into how these relationships influence business performance the aim of this paper is to what extent the technology, leadership and distribution practices are being developed in a manner coherent with each other and consistent with business strategy, and also attempt to evaluate the extent to which alignment and performance are related.[19]
