  • 摘要:AbstractThe process of internationalisation of higher education results in challenges for didactics who are involved in teaching the incoming students. By use of descriptive method, this narrative paper offers an analysis of the challenges and possible areas of dysfunctions that may arise while implementing team projects in teaching corporate finance related themes in the international groups of students. It revises the current shape and philosophy of team projects included in the educational offer of the Faculty of Finance and Insurance at the University of Economics in Katowice. Additionally, the experiments in adjusting team projects’ organisation in order to avoid team dysfunctions are discussed.
