摘要:AbstractThe objective of this research paper is to construct a theoretical framework and examine the relationship between human resource practices that affects academician's job performance towards career development. In the past research, there were studies on the constructs of human resource practices and job performance, however little concentrations have been focused on the relationship between two and its importance towards career development. This paper contributes to close the gap in current literature by equipping top management that want to improve job performances that leads to career development. Furthermore, the understanding in developing the association between human resource practices and job performance outcomes could be helpful to top management in the development of HR practices as to ensure high achievements of academic staffs’ performance.
