摘要：AbstractThe purpose of this study was to survey the problems and barriers that effect the participation of female high school students in sport activities in Mashhad city. A practical method as well as descriptive research were utilized. The Statistical society was the female high school students of Mashhad city which 2 areas (3 & 5) selected by cluster sampling. The questionnaires distributed and 152 of them were usable. Examining the data revealed that the main barrier of participation in sport for the female high school students in Mashhad city is the economic and facility factor.
