  • 摘要:AbstractIn the quality fields, training output is one of the problematic issues. There are different choices to solve this problem. Students are one of those cases who are considered in this matter. In education, learners are mostly discussed as the output, especially based on the operation of the institution in terms of behavior and discipline. Words such as “supply of graduates” makes it possible that students have been put in the production line and finally have been considered as outputs. The problem in this definition is originated from lack of its accordance with many of training operations. In order for a product to be in a place of the quality assurance process, at first it is necessary that the producer control and determine source of supply. Secondly, the “raw materials” must pass one or more standard processes and the output must be having predetermined characteristics. Although there are some people willing to do that, such a model cannot be easily applicable to the training model. Clearly, in this model, there is a need for the primary selection of learners. Some of the Training Centers follow the primary selection, but many of them, following comprehensive principles of free access for all learners, do not.
