  • 摘要:AbstractIt is crucial to know whether the goals of instructional activities are achieved or not; if it is so, to what extent they are achieved, in order to develop the activities, compensate drawbacks and improve them more effectively. These processes of instructional activities are conducted by experts through appropriate evaluation approaches and models, systematically. To define students’ readiness levels, which is an important aspect of evaluation, is of great significance to achieve the goals of evaluation. This study focuses on the significance and necessity of defining students’ readiness levels for evaluation studies after explaining the fundamental concepts of program evaluation.
