摘要：AbstractBased on literature on professional satisfaction (e.g. DeConick and Stilwell, 2004), this study aims to identify the differences in sources of professional satisfaction of psychologists working in educational system related to their work experience. Participants were 236 professionals, 172 licensed psychologists working in schools with psychoeducational counselling duties and 54 teachers teaching various academic disciplines, aged 23 to 58 years (M = 35, 23, SD = 8,57), 21 males and 215 females. The results of the research contribute to the better understanding of school psychologists’ professional satisfaction.
