摘要：AbstractInstitutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) seem to concern themselves with knowledge and hence knowledge creation, dissemination and learning are regarded as core activities. The most important factor affecting the knowledge sharing behavior is the quality of place and space. Thus, in designing an academic environment they need to provide accommodation designed for people to meet and share their knowledge. The study is expected to be able to give awareness on the importance of quality of workplace space in enhancing the human interaction of knowledge sharing behavior among the lecturers.
