摘要：AbstractWorldwide, even in developing countries and economically prosperous women sustained effort to make clear that whenever the opportunity and resources they need to be able to get their outstanding work. The diverse and complex barriers exist for women in career advancement. Key post office for women is very complex and encompasses many variables. Determine whether the conditions for success, it is necessary to identify the internal and external variables, benefit for women, education experts and employers benefit. This article is a qualitative research results on seven of the women's administrator in higher education in Iran and the challenges facing them done portray.
