  • 摘要:AbstractTo talk about a smooth transition from the university towards working life graduates should find a job soon after finishing their studies and have an adequate balance between the competences obtained in higher education and the conditions of the employment. This essay is based on a research done in the University with graduate students of the Faculty of Education to analyze the main indicators of the mismatch which occurs between the competences gained in formal education and job opportunities.
