  • 摘要:AbstractSince biomechanics in Rhythmic Gymnastics has been neglected, this paper's main purpose is the optimization of object technique by biomechanical analysis. Thus, the aim of this research is to optimize the execution technique, by calculating some parameters of rebounds at ball, in order to increase performance and their use in competitions. The biomechanical 2D analysis that we did, offers enough data, strong feedback of the technical performances’ correctness and a way of obtaining remarkable results in competitions.
