摘要:AbstractThe present paper aims to analyse the relationship between education and migration from the perspective of the educational level's significance in the migration process. Based on data obtained through a field research carried out between January and June 2011 among Romanian immigrants in Andalusia, Spain, an analysis was conducted taking into consideration the educational level as a factor and the migration decision, the reasons for migrating and work status as dependent variables. The results revealed the importance of the educational level in the analysed features of the migration process, as a significant factor.
