摘要：AbstractThis paper intends to analyze the impact of new technologies and online communication in higher education. The survey took place in Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania and was used for studying the impact of online communication between teacher and student in educational process and to highlight the need of implementing smart solutions in education.
