摘要:This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of a learning organization and the staff's readiness-to-change. The population includes 117 teachers and administrative personnel of the Roozbeh Educational Complex in Tehran, from whom 90 people were selected using stratified sampling method. Two questionnaires of SSP-LO (Bowen et al., 2007) and Readiness-to-change (Dunham, 1989) were administered and their reliability was calculated using Chronbach's alpha, being -.94 and 0.87 respectively. The data were analysed using SPSS??. The parametric single-sample t-test and multiple regression were used to test the hypotheses. The results indicated that, firstly, there was a significant relationship between the dimensions of learning organizations and readiness-to-change. Secondly, there is not a significant relationship between dimensions of the domain of actions and readiness-to-change.
