摘要:AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the extent of the changes in the demographic student structure and identify the reflections of the intra – class processes of these changes in accordance to teachers views. The research is qualitative, and a half structured interview form, developed by the researcher has been used as a means of collecting the data. The study group consists of 10 school teachers serving as class teachers from various schools in TRNC. The content analysis method has been used to analyze the data. The research reveals that in accordance to teacher's views, in the last demographic student structure there has been important changes in the increase of migrant students. While it has been exerted that migrant students from different cultures can be successful in the TRNC Education System, it has also been detected that the demographic changes have had a negative effect on the motivation of teachers.
