摘要:AbstractTeaching of English in Saudi Arabia is a burning issue in pedagogy. The government, planners, curriculum designers, textbook writers, teachers, and administrators have been trying to improve the teaching/learning of English. The teachers are qualified, experienced and the infrastructural facilities including e-resource are available for the utilization as per the pedagogic needs. However, the outcomes are not up to the mark. In this case, the researchers tend to shift their focus on the development of the English teachers. It is felt that the target teachers should diagnose the challenges of learning English, and accordingly evolve instructional strategies for better output.
