摘要：AbstractTeleFOT is a Large Scale Collaborative Project aiming to assess, by conducting Field operational Tests, the impacts of functions provided by aftermarket and nomadic devices in five distinct assessment areas; Safety, Mobility, Efficiency, Environment and User Uptake. The objective of this paper is to present the analysis plan for efficiency assessment, by measuring a set of parameter indicators which characterise traffic efficiency (speed, travel times, traffic composition, etc.), and thus make an estimation of the level of traffic efficiency on the network and whether this is influenced by the use of aftermarket and nomadic devices.
