摘要:AbstractThe main objective of this study is to evaluate effectiveness training programs conducted by Company X. Training effectiveness is made by comparing participants’ level of quality knowledge, understanding and practices before and after attending the training programs. This study evaluates participants’ perceptions with respect to the overall training program, teaching materials, delivery methods, equipment and facilitators through a postal survey. Analysis of the postal survey results shows the training programs conducted by Company X had generated positive impact to the organizations and their employees. In addition, training programs gives positive impacts to the organizations with respect to improved competitiveness, business growth, market share development, increased annual sales and profit.
