摘要：AbstractIn this paper we aim to perform a meta-analysis of 28 of the most recent studies regarding the European single currency effect on trade in order to determine, based on them, how significant the effect of the introduction of the euro was on trade flows since 1999 until now. We also aim to offer a few explanations of the discrepancy between the recent estimates of the effects of the euro on trade and the previous ones, of tripling the commercial transactions (belonging to Professor Andrew Rose). The research methodology used refers to the study of 28 significant research articles.
