摘要：AbstractMany developments associated with globalization have forced companies to manage their supply chains effectively and to mitigate various kinds of chain risks in them. In this study, Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process is used to determine the most important supply chain risks and the corresponding risk management strategies. The research is conducted with the supply chain management of a company operating in the iron and steel industry. Findings indicate that supply risks and operational risks are quite important compared to environmental risks. Also, control/sharing/transfer strategy is followed by hedging, speculation, and postponement strategies in terms of the scope and intensity of their effects on different risk types.
