摘要:Naming impairment is ubiquitous in primary progressive aphasia (PPA). It is usually the first deficit in all variantsof PPA. Although all impaired naming may be due to impairment in different underlying processes (e.g. semanticdeficits in semantic variant, motor speech deficits in nonfluent/agrammatic variant), individuals with all threevariants of PPA report word-retrieval deficits as well.
