摘要:AbstractAbstract: In recent years, the rapid expansion ERP systems has been inclined HEIs. And its demand is continuously growing in HEIs for maintaining their culture, structure, people, and technical support as well as the relationship among each element. In This paper have done a case study of a prestigious Higher Education Institution (HEI) in NCR, India. In this paper we have identified all the possible attribute of educational ERP system which causes its failure. We also have shown how the value of these attributes can be added as a separate module (KM Module) to make the educational ERP more useful in HEI.
