摘要:AbstractThis paper intends to describe a newly designed and developed a prototype using the three aspects of the Constructivists Learning Environment (CLE) as the basis: pedagogical, social and technological. The objectives of the paper are to describe the design environment of the prototype and to analyze the students’ perceptions on the use of the environment in enhancing their public speaking skills. 26 engineering students participated in the study and data was collected using questionnaire and supported with interview. Analysis of findings suggest that this prototype will be a significant help to the university and industries in enhancing public speaking skills among students and future professionals.
